Mental Health Awareness Week campaign for blink

To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week 2020, blink mental health asked us to create a campaign to promote their collaboration with leading meditation and mental wellness app Simple Habit.

Blink are on a mission to see hundreds of thousands more people receive rapid, appropriate, and effective mental health support in the UK.

Their team up with Simple Habit means that blink can offer 45 days of unlimited free access to guided meditations, sleep aids, therapy, coaching, and motivational talks from top wellness professionals. In addition, for every person who signs up, Simple Habit will make a donation to blink – allowing them to keep growing and to reach more people who may need mental health support.

With the benefits of meditation being proven to improve mental health, we were happy to help, especially in the current climate of lockdown and social distancing due to Covid-19.

We advised blink on the overall messaging and centred the creative of the social media-led campaign around a series of beautifully simple graphic illustrations.

Each shape represents an area or benefit of the Simple Habit app. The subtle gradient colour fades feel calm and a contemporary, eye-catching colour palette works well on screen.

The graphic series come together in a set of animated frames for use on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, plus header banners and for in-post imagery for all the main social media channels.

Blink co-founder Nicole Melzack says “Form understood what our campaign needed straight away – their suggestions were perfect and they delivered such brilliant designs. A pleasure to work with – insightful, personable and incredibly skilled at what they do!”.

You can download the Simple Habit app and help make a difference to mental health support in the UK at the same time.
